October 6, 2023, marked a momentous day for Greenmetal Electric Manufacturing Corporation as one of the top electrical panel board fabricators and electrical equipment suppliers in the Philippines celebrated the inauguration of its 2000 sqm manufacturing plant and warehouse situated in Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Philippines.
The inauguration of its manufacturing plant was graced and attended by hundreds of esteemed guests, mainly by its loyal clients, supportive bank partners, and suppliers since its establishment and operation on January 12, 2011. With the event theme—“Collaborate.Empower.Elevate. Unleashing Our Collective Potential” GEMCOR initiated this once-in-a-lifetime event in support of the company’s mission of bringing creative solutions to the problems of, driving progress to, and fostering innovation in society.
Dashing smiles were greeted upon entry of guests and ushered gracefully by GEMCOR’s team inside the lively, festive, and thematic layout of the manufacturing plant that day. Five of the most popular electrical fabricated products of GEMCOR were proudly displayed upon guests’ entrances. These were welded with canopy type 36KV Medium Voltage Switchgear, two Distribution Panelboards, with both of rated operational voltage, 230V of Automatic Transfer Switch for indoor use, and 460V of Low Voltage Switchgears.
At the official start of the event, a short pastoral message followed by the inaugural prayer was officiated by Pastor Nolan Galido in the dedication of the manufacturing plant. Next to this, GEMCOR’s President—Mrs. Leila H. Garlit gave her uplifting opening remarks which highlighted GEMCOR’s roadmap of milestone successes and the campaign message to unleash the collective potential of GEMCOR’s new chapter.
Mr. Jeriel Eufrael Garlit, Operations Manager, highlighted the manufacturing plant’s capability by ensuring the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of fabricated products. Moreover, he also mentioned the unwavering commitment of key assets of the company—a team of skilled professionals, who are bound to set new standards in the industry of electrical panel building.
GEMCOR also invited the very esteemed Vice Mayor of Sta. Maria, Bulacan—Hon. Pablo L. Juan delivered his honorary address in which he stated his gratitude to GEMCOR for being one of the establishments that invested in the town, providing an opportunity for employment.
Thereafter, the official opening was commenced in which instead of the usual ribbon cutting, the event featured a creative opening ceremony—using creative graphics flashed on the LED screen together with the play of lights and confetti machine in the commencement of the newest plant.
As the program progressed, the new branding of GEMCOR was launched, headed by GEMCOR’s Marketing Head—Mr. Jefferson Lyle H. Garlit. It was emphasized that GEMCOR’s rebranding story is an embodiment of its dedication to continuous improvement and elevating to greater heights.
While the audience was filled with messages and campaigns delivered by GEMCOR’s new chapter, the congratulatory toast signaled the start of a sumptuous dinner. The dinner was serenaded with a live band and the masters of ceremony announced each winner of the raffle and discount vouchers in between, which everyone cheered and enjoyed afterward.
Lastly, the event was concluded after Mr. Jeremiah B. Garlit delivered his closing remarks, stressing the bright future of GEMCOR through the collective support and collaboration of each stakeholder and with the strong will of GEMCOR’s investment in modern technology.
GEMCOR proudly acquired three newest machineries. These three are the Amada HRB 8025/ 1003/2204 high-precision press brake Bending Machine, Baykal-Eura Hydraulic Swing Beam Shear Model Shearing Machine, and Amada AE-2510 NT Turret Machine with high-precision cutting mechanism. All of these are intended to further enhance its production capability and satisfy GEMCOR’s clients.
